Analyte Specific Reagents (ASR) are composed of a pair of oligonucleotides (PCR primers) to generate specific amplicons, and a target-specific sequencing oligonucleotide (sequencing primer) that can generate the target-specific nucleotide sequence. Analyte Specific Reagents (ASR)

MultiGEN’s ASRs are available to clinical diagnostic laboratories and IVD manufacturers for use as a component in their assays. Except as a component of an approved/cleared test, the analytical and performance characteristics of MultiGen’s ASRs are not established. MultiGen’s ASR’s are produced by Integrated DNA technologies Inc, USA) under GMP and ISO 13485 compliance and are of 90 % purity.
